PAIC owns a 1-acre plot that houses all of our public facilities.  On that piece of land there is the PACC and Electric Utility (power plant & bulk fuel).  In the PACC, we have our clinic, post office, electric office, and VFD Hall/garage.

• VFD/First Responder Building

We would like to construct a new building in the NW corner of our lot to house the VFD and the First responders. 

We have a heat recovery loop from the power plant to the PACC and to the school.  We would like to extend the loop from the building to the new building.  This will allow us to heat the building affordably. 

There is plenty of need for new equipment but we have been hesitant to get new equipment without a place to store it.

Ideally, we would like to install a fire hydrant within the building that allows us to fill the water truck inside during winter.  Currently, we are drilling holes in Hardenburg Bay that we would use to refill the water truck.

• Clinic expansion

PAIC would like to expand the clinics space into the existing VFD Firehall. This can only be done if we have a new VFD building.

• PACC Building Upgrades

New Well – we are currently digging a new well on site.

Just completed a bathroom renovation to correct piping and venting issues.

Improved ventilation in VFD Hall.

The community center has a meeting space that is available to rent for community or private events.
