Capital Improvement Priority (CIP) List
Capital Improvement Priority (CIP) List
PAIC creates and submits a list of our short term and long term capital improvement priorities each year. Short term CIP's are either short in duration or small in scope. Long term CIP's are typically multi-year large projects with several phases. The CIP list helps shape and guide our direction and focus.
We also submit this list to the Lake & Peninsula Borough. This list clearly communicates to the Borough our focus. The Borough will use the list to submit projects to the state for funding. In addition, the Borough lobbyist will use the list to promote projects.
