Board of Directors
The Port Alsworth Improvement Corporation (PAIC) is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. Elections are held every January, with newly elected board members taking their seats at the Annual Meeting on the first Thursday of February. The current board is composed of:

Board Elections
Elections for the Port Alsworth Improvement Corporation Board of Directors are held every January. The staff of the Port Alsworth Improvement Corporation (PAIC) are the backbone of the organization, keeping the community connected and operations running smoothly. They manage day-to-day activities, coordinate programs and services, and oversee projects, with a focus on core programs such as road maintenance, waste management, and infrastructure development. Acting as the primary link between residents, the Board of Directors, and state and federal partners, the staff ensure that PAIC effectively represents, supports, and strengthens the Port Alsworth community.
